All orders ship free worldwide — no minimum order, no hidden fees.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing in some countries. Evlure is not responsible for delays caused by customs or factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Evlure case. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used or damaged by the customer.

How to initiate a return:

Contact us with your order details and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid return label.

Refund timeline:

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items:

If your case arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
